We started Pinnacle back in 2007 as a business and marketing consulting firm. Between now and then, we've done so many events that we decided to spin off event management into a separate division - Pinnacle 360-Degrees Event Management. We're still in the consulting business of course, but that's a story for another website.
Since we started producing events in 2010 with our first smash-hit, the MENA ICT Forum 2010, we've invested and re-invested ourselves in continuously enhancing our work and performance. This is why no event is like the other, and this is why your next event will be the best we've produced yet.
MEET THE TEAM
Producing a great event means working side by side and very closely over an extensive period. This is why we'd for you to meet the team at a more personal level. So here's who we are and what you can expect from each of us.
Despite his long-term experience and remarkable track record in project planning, business, marketing, and IT, in addition to his extremely impressive detail oriented mind, Raed is always asked to take a back seat when the event is launching. That's because he becomes jumpy and anxious putting us all in an emergency mode…even though all is running smoothly and perfectly! He can't help it though; he's a perfectionist and won't settle for anything less than a perfect event.
Before the event however, Raed’s unmatched fundraising and networking capabilities is something that you will certainly reckon. This guy rocks!
Hint: If you are an Apple user, Raed will love you…if not…lie and say you are!
Don’t let her cute looks fool you! She is a fierce nagger making sure deadlines are met by all parties. She overlooks our project plan, making sure we are all running on track and within the set deadlines. When something falls behind, she will haunt us, and you; our dear client, are no exception.
She is also the sweet talker in charge of communication with all those involved in the event including speakers, moderators…etc. Oh… did we also mention that Dina is one heck of a creative marketer? Her creativity in running marketing and social media campaigns to promote your event is unparalleled.
Dina also takes food very seriously. When hungry, she cannot operate!
Ninjas don’t sweat. Ninjas can change clothes in less than 1 second. Ninjas run 100 miles on their hands. Bullets can’t kill a Ninja!
Mohamed is the person you probably spot most during our events. He is all around the place making sure that all unpredictable issues that might jeopardize a perfect and successful event is taken care of. This is why we call him The Ninja.He is also out IT and tech-guru.
One thing about Mohammad though, he cannot control himself when he hears music, his legs automatically start to swing. Sometimes we ask him to leave so as not to embarrass us!
Haya is the newest addition to our family, which means she gets to do all the tasks nobody else likes to do. Nonetheless, those are essential and need caring, nurturing, and love.
And being the ever-patient and calm individual that Haya is, all those nitty-gritty tasks and details are now getting done at the speed of light.
But she's also learning the game real fast and has already proven herself as an invaluable team member during our recent mega-event the World Science Forum 2017.
You might have trouble finding her because she is usually hidden by bigger and taller objects… but you must be lucky if you do!
Oruba is the brain behind everything we do… she simply does it all… she nurtures the team, takes care of events, research, content, planning, and makes sure that everything is done in the right time and in the best way possible. Oruba is also the problem solver making sure everything is resolved even before anyone realizes. She is simply the show runner in this whole equation.
Let’s not forget that Oruba is also very talented in managing Raed’s anxiety…we run to her when we first spot the signs.
Even if the client settles for something less than perfect, Ayah will not! She will always go out of her way to make sure all nitty gritty details are done in the utmost perfect manner in order to satisfy herself and the client (with the former being often more demanding than the latter.)
Ayah is our design, marketing, communication and branding expert, and she makes sure that you know what her opinion is, even if it happens to be in the middle of the night or during a weekend.
Everything with Ayah must be organized and tip top. We think that she has “OCD” but she will never admit it!
You will know why we call her "The General" when you meet her!
Without Areej, we are all lost! Areej is simply our superhero, and she's the glue that keeps everything together.
We have no idea how she manages to be everywhere, does everything, at the same time! She manages calendars, RSVPs, communication with official entities and the list goes on and on and on.
She never fails to meet deadlines, and makes sure everything is done professionally, at the right time, and in the right manner and with a huge smile on her face.
We must warn you though… please do not distract her and get on her bad side. We repeat… please do not get on her bad side!
We’re pretty sure Mamoun is some sort of an octopus… We don’t know how he can do so many things all at once!
Mamoun is the oldest employee at Pinnacle. He joined even before Pinnacle Events was established!! Mamoun is simply our backbone… he takes care of all the things we cannot take care of… despite the multi tasks he is assigned with on daily basis, he does it all super smoothly and professionally.
Mamoun is the master of shortcuts when he drives us around. He literally knows Amman’s streets and side roads like the palm of his hand. But if you fear speed… DO NOT GET INTO THE CAR WITH HIM.
