Who We Are

Welcome to the Pinnacle, your ideal 360-degree event management partner for your next corporate event!

We are Pinnacle! We are an events management and production firm. We live and breathe forums and conferences. We thrive in ultra-hectic working conditions like fish in water. We obsess with details, and we work totally independent.

We produce all sorts of events, but corporate events (conferences and forums) are what we specialize in! It doesn't really matter if you're a non-profit or otherwise. If you need to get a sizable group of people together to address a particular topic, we're your Pinnacle!

Our mission is to produce events our clients are utterly proud of for many years even after they happened. Events that yield exceptionally high ratings from participants and delegates who keep coming back each time the event is repeated because they have such a great learning and networking experience, and thoroughly enjoy their time being there.

Our Background
We started Pinnacle back in 2007 as a business and marketing consulting firm. Between then and now, we've done so many events - and had so much fun in the process - that we decided to focus entirely and exclusively on producing and managing forums and conferences.
Most importantly, we realized that event management was what we really and truly excelled in, and out-performed ourselves each time. Hence, Pinnacle Events Management came to life.

Yet, our deep experience in consulting services has given us a competitive advantage you won’t find in many others; we totally get that clients hire event managers to not only produce remarkable and flawless events, but to relieve them from the associated stressful workload that would otherwise keep their attention away from their own core business.

WE ARE A CREATIVE BUNCH, AND WE’RE VERY VERY RESOURCEFUL!

It’s one thing to be creative, but it’s an entirely different thing to be resourceful so it all becomes possible. This is why many beautiful plans never see the light of day. They remain great dreams, alas on paper. Not with us! We love the challenge in making something happen, no matter how crazy it sounds. Hasn’t been done before? Wonderful! We’re all game.

We’re known to go the extra mile. Well, actually miles (with an “s”)!

WE’RE KNOWN TO GO THE EXTRA MILE. WELL, ACTUALLY MILES (WITH AN “S”)!

We try our best to nail everything down in our agreement with the client, but there’s just no way one can predict all that will need to get done. Sometimes, the additional tasks are quite extensive. Yet, “that’s not part of our scope”, or “you need to pay us more”, is not something you are likely to hear from us. When we’re in, we’re in all the way, and you can count on us. Fully!

We’ve conceived, planned, and organized so many events, we lost count. Although each event is special and comes with its own requirements, there’s hardly a task that we haven’t done repeatedly in the past. And we’ve got it all written down nice and neatly in the form of super-effective and efficient work-flows so we can ensure our work is timely, accurate, and consistent.
